Dwarf Novae in Quiescence

The FUV spectra of quiecent dwarf novae show emission contributions both
from the WD and the disk. In this talk, I will summarize what we are
learning about the various components based on recent FUSE and HST
observations, and in particular how the WD recovers, if that is the
right word, from the battering of a dwarf nova outburst.
